Clonmel Counselling Centre
Would you like someone to talk to? Often, family and friends can fill this need, but sometimes you may prefer to speak to someone who is not involved.
There can be many reasons why it might help to talk. Sometimes it is the death of a loved one, life may feel overwhelming and you may be finding it hard to manage. Perhaps you have experienced a job loss, an illness or some other life event. There may be marital or relationship problems or conflicts in the family. You may be feeling tired of life, depressed or experiencing stress and anxiety. You may have suffered abuse in the past or you may struggle to relate to your children. If any of these apply to you, or if you just want to talk it out with someone you can trust, counselling may help.
We can help you explore what is happening in your life, and what choices might be available to you. We can help you to find solutions that suit you, without giving direction or advice.
